Auction Participation Rules & Service Fees
Please review the following terms carefully before participating in third-party vehicle auctions.
This page explains deposits, time limits, service fees, and optional assistance services.

Deposit (after bid): RMB 2,000 / vehicle
Participation Deposit: €200
1. Auction Participation Rules
- After a successful bid, payment of 30% deposit or full payment is required on-site.
- If full payment is not completed within 7 days, the deposit will be considered forfeited.
- A participation service fee of RMB 1,000 will be charged for each auction entry.
- A minimum service fee of RMB 2,000 applies per vehicle, including export documentation support.
- Domestic logistics and port transportation services can be arranged upon request (charged separately).
- Vehicle assembly or dismantling services are available. Fees start from RMB 3,000 depending on vehicle type and complexity.
- If the bid is unsuccessful, the bid-related deposit will be fully refunded.
- For a successful bid, a deposit of RMB 2,000 per vehicle is required. The auction process concludes after final confirmation.
- Participation deposit: An additional deposit of €200 is required to join the auction. After the auction ends, the €200 deposit will be returned.
